Eliminating the "O" Food Group Can Significantly Decrease Body Fat

by - 2:00 PM

I'm sure many of you have heard of the food guide pyramid which guides us in daily recommendations of certain food groups.  In looking at it again, I noticed a food group in most American diets that was left out.

The "O" food group includes:

Oreos

 Nachos (depending on type)

Cheetos

Foods in this group are highly processed and very high in calories and unhealthy fats.

After thorough research, I conclude that this food group was rightfully left out of the food guide pyramid and should be largely left out of our diet for health and body figure purposes.

**Some Mexican foods are exempt from this rule due the frequency of words to end in the letter "O"

That is all.
