Paris Mountain State Park Trail Run
It's way too beautiful to be inside.
It's time to pull out your hiking boots/trail shoes and get to stepping.
Here are a few pics from a 3.1 mile run today at Paris Mountain.
Had to run this one solo.
Pretty sure I was the only person in the park
without a ranger uniform on.
Don't waste your day!
If you are reading this, shutdown your computer, stand up, and take a 15 minute walk outside.
