Without a doubt, the most common excuse I hear when it comes to making positive lifestyle changes is "I'm too busy."  Martin Rooney, Founder and CEO of Training for Warriors, had a great post today on just that topic.

Major Points:

1. 15 minutes is about 1% of your day

2. That 15 minutes compounded over time could mean: 
- 52 hours of training logged per year
- 52 hours of meal prep
- 6-200 page books read (and that's if you are a slow reader). 

***OR...It takes roughly 52 hours and 20 minutes to read the Old Testament and 18 hours to read the new testament. Just pick one.

3. Consistency is KEY!
